1. Take a cucumber, begin gherkin it, along with dipping it and soaking it in vinegar for a while. You can add garlic and dill weed to a natural salt brine to keep it proper and kosher.

1. i had to look at the ticket stub. nov 30, 1996 - kings vs. blackhawks. the only thing i remember is that it was at the forum.i looked up the score. it was a loss 5-3. womp womp.
2. i want to read that darrell hammond book "god, if you're not up there, i'm f*****". in general, off the top of my head, though? i'd be interested to read about the food regulations in western europe vs. america.
3. yes, i do! i usually have all or most of my christmas shopping done by then because i hate crowds. i just spend the time enjoying the cold weather (in cozy clothes, my cozy bed, eating comfort food). did i mention the food? i love thanksgiving day food. turkey, stuffing, candied yams, pecan pie, beaujolais nouveau. om nom nom. i love christmas food, too. sometimes we do a french mass dinner on the eve. i like to get a bûche de nöel for dessert. don't forget opening presents, which'll be even more fun now that my daughter likes to open presents herself. i already know what i want for xmas and i like putting lots of thought into others' gifts so i like seeing them open theirs. and then i party like it's 1999 every NYE. it's such a good time for me, i got knocked up holiday season 2008, ifyouknowwhatimean. lol.
oh and my bday is shortly after new years so the partying doesn't stop for me until later on.

1. Yep. When I was playing some pickup hockey my friend Glenda was playing goal. I parked in front of the net for a deflection, buddy shoots, the puck hits me, I turn around to slam it in and the butt end of her stick hit me on the nose. I eventually got the puck in. and she was screaming that I was bleeding. Bottom of my nose felt chipped and something was moving. Iced it down, went back to my car, had a smoke, as soon as it stopped bleeding I went back in. Then we got kicked out because #*$(bisquits dont like it when you play hockey on tennis courts with rollerblades.

1. The Simpsons. I think South Park is okay and I cannot stand Family Guy. Bah!

1. Wish I would have taken more pictures. Less procrastinating.
2. Don't eat too many snacks while watching movies. I like flaming hot cheetos and sour cream & onion chips.
3. Geeky: Not sure, but I'm always on my phone/computer.
Boring: I tend to eat a bunch of the same meals since I'm lazy. (Ate the same cereal for 2 breakfast for almost 3 years straight).

Weird: I have to keep all my bills in my wallet facing the same way with the larger bills in the back.
1. kind of, i guess. i do that same thing you do with the money in my wallet that i think you meant to put in your answer section, lol. but anyway, i only started doing that after i worked at starbucks in college because they made us do that. it makes sense though, easy to find the bill you need. i also alphabetize all my CDs and records and have them in order of year they were released. i have my clothes color coded and separated by article of clothing (ie: pants, tops, dresses with the colors going black, grey, white, blue, green, yellow, etc...) i'm sure there are others. i'd like to think they aren't obvious to others but i remember one time my brother-in-law egged his toddler son on to mess up my CDs and i got visibly annoyed.
2. whisky (single malt, bourbon... i'd like to try rye). cappuccino. sorry, couldn't choose between the two. they're both something i would drink when i'm relaxing and lounging around and therefore, at my happiest.
3. almost. i was messing around with my first bf when i was 15. since we were so young, i'd sneak out of the house and meet him at the park behind our neighborhood in the middle of the night. we'd stay out until 5am when the sun came up... talking, making out and... other stuff. cops would pull into the parking lot at the other end of the park and shine their headlights across, but i don't think they saw us sitting behind one of the entry walls. one time, there was an older high school couple who had camped out and were doing similar things who got scared by the lights because they were out in the open and they ran past us with their sleeping blanket. another time, he and i passed out because we were tired and fell asleep on the sidewalk and i woke up and realized we'd stayed out kind of long when joggers ran past us. never actually got caught doin' it though.

3. do you remember any quirks you had as a child? or does your kid(s) have any? right now, mine doesn't want to take her socks off. she will wig out and panic if you take them off so they stay on, even in the bath.
