The current "cash value" so you get a one time payment is set at $359,400.00. Good news: NO state tax.....Bad news: You still have to pay the Obama Tax.....feds get their share, normally around 25 % of your payout, give or take how good your accountant is! I'm hearing that we should roll the number again before the draw, so stayed tuned.......

On the news tonight they said the annual payments if you took the 26 years were a shade over $12 mil after taxes. You could still have a decent time on a guaranteed $12 mil/year paycheck.
