I'm willing to give you a better explanation, but Phossy's response here is pretty much on par with the entire moderating staff. It was a pain in the ass, and this is a hockey discussion board. NONE of us wanted to moderate the crap that went on in there, and it was arguably the biggest headache for us to deal with on a daily basis, thus it was eliminated.Originally Posted by Phos Chek

at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.
