Would there happen to be a mailbox that looked like a Large Mouth Bass near the front door?

I fail to see how this brings down property value. Its a colorful house. It brightens up the neighborhood.

You guys are bland. I do agree it's not the best color combo on earth though.

Calo loves my bananas. He's at my house all the time.

I like low property values.

It makes the property tax and insurance cheaper.

I'll die in my house so what do I care the value of it?

i drive by that house everyday. i live 4 blocks west of it!

Just be glad that youre not paying $300 a month in HOA dues yoggie.

Plus, whenever you pass by the house you can do this.
