So an update. He is doing better today. Still under sedation to get his breathing perfect. They added a piece to his halo device to allow him to sit up in bed (presently he is laying flat). He has a bit of fluid on his left lung but it isn't getting bigger so that isn't a big worry. Sitting up should help with that. Lastly I spoke to his neurosurgeon today and they are worried about something they found in the MRI and they need to do one more concentrating on that area. He has a small spot on his brain they want to get more data on. Could have been an old bruise that didn't heal right. Could have been a mini stroke he didn't do anything about. Who knows. That is what they want to check. But overall a better day and he is going to get better each day. Keep the positive streak up - go good karma!! Thanks all.
