My wife and I are going to a party at the Playboy Mansion tonight. This is our first time. Anyone ever been before? Is there anything in particular we should check out while there? Is there anything we can expect, except for the obvious?

Expect to catch herpes if you do it in the grotto.
I've been there once.
No big whoop, unless you happen to get lucky with a bunny, and I'm guessing wifey might frown upon that.
HOOKERS AND BLOW !!!! :p
Pics or it didnt happen. ;)
Have fun. Heard its pretty tame now. Just watch out for Ralph Macchio.
I have once piece of advice. See any cute bunnies? Ask them if they would like to hang out with one Orphy.
I am house trained and literate. ;)
Tell them I'm single and looking. ;)
I don't know what to expect either... so I can't help you there. Have fun and take it all in. Once in a lifetime opportunity, no? :)
Definitely once in a lifetime. Thanks for tips. I'm off to the Mansion!

Chicks and guns and fire trucks and hookers and drugs and booze.
So did any bunnies wanna meet me? Particularly Jewish or Asian women, lol!
I am partially Jewish, but not Asian, but gosh do I dig teh Asian women.
Just being funny of course, but still, fantasizes of an Asian playboy bunny.
What a night! I'll admit I didnt know what to expect, but after a couple of drinks things got really fun. Bar was free and food was amazing! Top quality food with top quality ingredients. You could tell Hef doesn't mess around when it comes to food... and his ladies. Appetizers circulated throughout the back yard. Everything from sliders to mozerella and tomato skewers. They had fried eggplant with some dipping sauces. Dinner was buffet style, there was pasta, sushi, ratatouille (sp), rice w/ shrimp and tri-tip beef. Desserts were ridiculous. Some of the best desserts I've ever had. My favorite was the S'mores Cups. Graham cracker cups fill with chocolate and topped with marshmallow. Other desserts were banana & strawberry foster, raspberry truffles, chocolate truffles, carrot-cake cup cakes, and fancy sugar cookies. All made in the Mansion kitchen. I spoke with one of Hef's cooks of 11 years and he was a cool guy. Very down to earth and seemed to enjoy me asking him lots of questions. :22smile:
At first we weren't sure if we could wander the rest of the property. My wife and I made our way to the front of the mansion and wanted to take a picture at the front door. There was a security guard there and she let us take photos. I asked the security guard what areas were off limits. Turns out we had almost full access to the property, except for the inside of the mansion and tennis courts, because the lights were turned off. The security guard told me Hef was home inside and pointed at his bedroom windows, which appeared off. (Later on in the night, a different security guard allowed me to open the front door of the Mansion and peek my head in. When i did this, Hef's son was in the front room and looked to see who was coming in. That's when I quickly closed the door. The security guard was like, "Oh, I didnt see him in there." The was pretty cool he let me do that.) Our next stop was the Game House. When I entered the Game House, I noticed all the old skool games like Pac Man and Galaga, as well as 3 or 4 pin ball machines. There was a pool table ready to go in the center of the room. We could play any games and didn't have to put quarters in. My wife played a couple games of Pac Man. Of of the main room was a couple of bedrooms and a bath room. As I started to walk toward them, I noticed a guy and girl coming out from that area. I look at the guy and say, "Hi, How are you?" After I say this, I notice it's Lost Boy, Corey Feldman. He was cool and said Hi. He left the Game House with his lady friend. Who knows what was going on in there before we showed up. Corey is pretty short and reeeeaaally skinny. Wonder why. Next we were able to walk the pathways and made our way to Hef's Zoo, where he has a few parrots, flamingos and over 200 spider monkeys in a huge enclosure. It was really cool to see. There were some staff members letting people take pictures with parrots. ALL the staff members at the Playboy Mansion were super nice and gave no attitude to questions I'm sure they're asked all the time.
Last but not least, the ladies in attendance were okay to look at. Lots of skinny girls wearing short skirts. Typical Playboy Mansion guests. There were about 10 Playboy models hanging around and they were easy on the eyes. Your typical girls you would see in Playboy Magazine. We were able to take photos with them. They were really nice and even if they looked busy talking to each other, they would stop and take pictures with you. My wife was really cool and kept asking, "Want to take a picture with her?". We both enjoyed the night. Of course, there's your typical shenanigans between guys and girls that goes on in the pool that I won't go into much detail about. I'll leave that up to your imagination. Let's just say I didn't want to touch the water.
It's pretty amazing that we were able to have full run of the property. Not much was off limits. You have to hand it to Hugh Hefner to open his doors to the public like this. You always hear people speaking highly of him as a person and talk about how he's taken care of them over the years, etc. I believe it. In just the short 5 hours I was there, you could feel comfortable with everyone that worked there. Everyone was nice, including security, the waiters and cooks. The property was spotless and taken well care of. I would love to visit again. If this was indeed a once in a lifetime opportunity, I can scratch it off my bucket list.
