hmmm, no so sure it's a fail....

CCM >>>> RBK (and the CCM logo is on the bottom of the jersey, where it belongs)
cloth shoulder patches > plastic patches on replica jerseys (!!!! **** RBK for this)
wide bottom strip > no bottom stripe (or thin stripe)
pointy shoulder yoke > rounded yoke
assume shield logo > home plate logo
normal number font > lousy non-hockey font with glitter that the Kings use (this may be his league jersey and they may use a standard font?)

Sorry, but I'm really not seeing a fail here...
