Reports: Multiple people wounded in OKC shooting after Thunder eliminate Lakers
A triumphant night in Oklahoma City took a horrible turn late on Monday.
In the immediate aftermath of the Thunder's Game 5 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers to advance to the Western Conference Finals, The Oklahoman reported that multiple people were shot near Chesapeake Energy Arena.
Multiple people were shot downtown shortly after the Thunder game let out Monday night, police said. About 11:35 p.m., shots were reportedly fired on Reno Avenue between Mickey Mantle Drive and Joe Carter Avenue.
Two suspected shooters are in custody at the Bricktown Harkins Theater, Oklahoma City police Capt. Lisa Camacho said. Reports: Multiple people wounded in OKC shooting after Thunder eliminate Lakers - CBSSports.com

Yeah I heard about that the morning after it happened (they were taking about it on the local news when I got home from work). Sad that a random miscreant put a stain on a triumphant moment for Thunder fans, even if the latest is that it was unrelated to the game.
