Let me tell you all something about Jersey Devil.
First of all, he has forgotten more about hockey than most of you will ever know.

Secondly, he is the kind of guy, that if he came to pick your daughter up on Friday night, it would scare the hell out of you...
unless you took a few minute to talk to him, then, you'd invite him over for Sunday supper, regardless of how the date went.

I bet he'll creep in here next, then eventually back into the other forums once the rawness wears off.
at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.
