There is something wrong w/ their system for sure. I used to use yahoo mail for that account and they could not send me emails. For real about two or three years ago I stopped getting all types of emails, from fan generated to season seat account email. The rep said they know about the problem but had no solution. I changed it to my gmail and have no had a problem since including not getting any phishing emails generated by spammers. Bottom line something is very wrong w/ the server / provider The Kings use.
