Yeah, I dont own a pair. Just wondering what the comfort level was on them. I saw a pair of Magli Brown Oxfords a few weeks ago at Neimans that looked pretty nice. I forget the name though, maybe Magli Raldo? I then saw a bitchen pair of Gravati Wing tips and walked away from the BMs.
To be honest, I just cant see spending that kind of coin on something I might wear 5 times a year. Id rather get another pair of SF's or 2 pairs of Haans.
lol. well, she was too easy to laugh at. more fodder and i just about died. outside of that, i got nothin' but love for italian leather. just got a pair of fendi wedges in the mail today. not sure if they fit yet though, it's rainy and humid and i've been doing a lot of housework so i *think* my feet are half a size bigger than normal. gonna have to try them on tomorrow. if they fit, ima die and go to heaven.
Im leaving for Vegas tomorrow morning for 14 days for a Engineering Conf and then a 4 day weekend with High School Buds. About 2 hours ago, my wife handed me a "Can you do me a favor?" list of crap to "look at"at the Forum Shops. You mean "buy"?
I know what this will turn out to be. It will be me wasting an entire afternoon walking around Caesars taking pictures of crap, sending the pics to her and waiting for her to say "Nah...what about the one behind it? Take a pic of that one!". I'll then get yelled at by the store manager or associate because photos aren't allowed in Dol & Gab, Dior, Versace and Vuitton. Once she sees something she likes, she'll pester me to go to FexEx and overnight it to her. If I dont, I will have ZERO peace for the rest of the trip.
Its the SAME THING every other year, NYC last trip. I'm her remote shopping bitch for one full day. I mean, I have no problem doing it but after 4 hours of abuse from Store employees, it gets a little embarrassing. There is a small benefit to it though, I get to play "Distraught Husband in need of gorgeous, 20 something year old sales associate to help with buying something for his wife." for a few hours.
And of course, I am on a STRICT Budget while away because what I buy is useless crap. Im not allowed to "cross budget" streams. My budget is her budget's overflow even though I'm the one away. lol. Whateves, its the price I pay for love. Its worth every second of time and I'd do it all over X1000. 20 years into this marriage thingy and we're still perfect together.
