Oh man I love Kershaw Knives. I had a Kershaw folding 4" when I was in the Coast Guard that had a 4" Marlinspike on it that I absolutely loved. I'd braid 3 strand and whip DB Nylon all day long with that knife. Those things hold an edge well also. I'd love to find another Mariner type Kershaw.
Edit: It looked just like this Kershaw 12 Meter but didnt have the pinch puller and was about 2" longer in overall lenght:

I used to have this Kershaw dive knife -
I kept it in my beach backpack but forgot about it being in there when I used the backpack as a carry-on on a flight to Winnipeg out of Orange County. Luckily it was pre-9/11 and all they did was take the knife and let me go on my way. But man, I liked that knife...

So my wife and 10 year old daughter just landed in West Palm Beach, Florida for a 5 day "girls trip" leaving me here in coldass Virginia. They've been rubbing in my face for 3 weeks now.
So I send my wife a text a few hours ago saying "Shoot me a txt when you arrive".
About 20 minutes ago I got a response "82 and Sunny!!!!"
My reply "48 and NO Broads!"

This prolly isn't the best thread because of the select traffic but I'm hesitant to clutter up the RH board with such a targeted question. Anyway...
Does anyone here have an Inversion Table? I bought a Teeter last week and it arrived about 10 min ago. Im super stoked to get it together and give it a shot. I had a Triple Laminectomy last year in March to correct pretty severe Spinal Stenosis on my L3/L4/L5. Well, suffices to say, it only kind of worked. The surgery (removal of 3 Spinal Facet joints) cleared up the left leg pain but created another issue in my right leg. 3 separate Cysts on my Spinal Cord.
So now Im looking at alternative ways of pain control and decompression. I'm done with the Opiates my Surgeon has been shoveling into my pie hole for 3 years (havent taken in 5 months...HATE THEM). So Im left with au-naturale methods of pain relief.
My Chiropractor says a Invert Table is fine for my back, post surgery and Ive read really good reviews about its regular use so Im going to give it a go.
Anyone have one? What is your routine? Should I go balls out or go into it slowly with small degree increments over a period of time? Any thoughts would be great. Thanks.

Hope it works!
There's a great pain relief cream from Walgreens. It's Walgreens Ultra Strength Muscle Rub. It takes away my pain everytime for 12-18 hours. When my ultrasound, tens unit and Lidocaine patches don't work, this does. I wear a disposable latex glove to put it on, as it does have an odor, that goes away, but initially it's strong.
