Not illegal to own or carry as long as it is NOT Concealed. Dagger or Dirk can be sheathed but not tucked into waistband.

Great little knife, sharp and holds an edge.
He gave us a penny when he handed them out and we gave it back so we bought it and our friendship would not be cut!

Bought it in CA about twenty years back. Frankly, it sits in my safe. I don't think I've ever cut a man...uh...i mean thing with it.

I waited in line to be helped for TWO FREAKIN' HOURS. I figured I might as well go home with something today for my troubles. ;) Also got a nice AR mag speedloader...along with the other two "things" I mentioned above.
