let's get back on topic.
Why is my **** not posting?
anyway, since moving here 3 years ago I have yet to lose a thing. since my next door neighbor installed cameras around his garage some years ago, the rate of burglaries dropped, but still...
Gotcha dude. The only peering eyes I have is our local 2 year old Coon "Gerty". She just wants nuts, Chocolate Granola bars and left over cat food. I'm about 6 months away from feeding her by hand.
There she is. I am in awe of this rifle! I picked her up today, slid the mounted scope onto the top rail and walked out Taran Butler's front door to zero it on his range. Without a single twist of the yardage or windage knobs, it shot a 2" group within an inch of my point of aim at 100 yards!! I moved to steel flasher targets (gongs) at 200, 300, and 400 yards and hit-hit-hit-hit-hit-hit until I ran my magazine dry. This thing is SICK ACCURATE and it kicks like my daughter's Daisy Red Ryder!!
The optic is a joy, as well. 6x magnification is really nice to have compared to the scope on my other AR, a Burris XTR 1-4x24. And the reticle on this thing is sooooo bright when the illumination is turned on!
Can't wait to run this thing at next month's three-gun match!!!
Hey, haha, that's one hot grandma. mhihi:
And that's one sweet rifle, FBJ. ;)
The aged beef thing...seriously...it is unreal how much of a difference that makes in the flavor and mouthfeel of a piece of steak. I wish it weren't impossible to do at home or impossible to find, otherwise.
The fish-sauce technique is something I will have to try. And soon.
