Thread: This woman should be stripped of her citizenship-Nutella Related

never had it or bought it, but from what i've been told by a few people i thought it was healthy? granted im not trying to sue but still...

This whole case...I want to countersue that bitch for stupidity. Who in their right mind thinks that something SO TASTY is healthy?! Read the goddamn label you lazy ****ing whore. This bitch is all that's wrong with the world = an idiot with a sense of entitlement. Unfortunately, the Nutella peeps left themselves wide open with this loophole. They never should have touted the "nutritious" factor in their ads.

But what's even worse than this bitch winning this case is knowing that she's reproduced. Ugh.

I think when people file suits like this, or sign on to class action suits like this, they should be required to sign a statement similar to this:

"I hereby certify that by taking part in this suit I agree that I am a total moron, who lacks any reading comprehension skills whatsoever, am incapable of making any decisions for myself, and lack enough common sense to know when to come in out of the rain. Therefore I shall, at my own expense and for my own personal welfare, hire someone whose job it will be to follow me around every waking hour to make sure I don't do anything stupid, unless such decision would result in removing myself from the gene pool. In addition, to alert other unsuspecting people and businesses of my opportunistic behavior, anytime I leave my residence, I agree to wear clothing that says, in large print, 'I'm a dumbass who files nuisance lawsuits' and when in public places shall carry with me at all times a pot and spoon which I shall bang together and announce 'Idiot in the vicinity.' I also agree not to file any lawsuits based on my ignorance of knowing how to properly use and carry a pot and a spoon."

Peanut butter has almost the same nutritional properties as Nutella and is touted as being a nutritious food for kids all the time. Why is no one suing JIF or Skippy?

I blame the judge. Pure and simple tripe.

If this in any way, shape or form impacts my ability to acquire Nutella there will be ****ing murders.
