I hate when I show up to a facility to fix a problem and they give me "I'm not sure, it just stopped working". Then after 4hours of running around troubleshooting and breaking a sweat it turns out they knew exactly what happened, and couldn't fix it themselves or were too embarassed to say anything...
Time spent finding problem: 3.5 hours
Time spent fixing it: .5hrs
Then complain that I'm too expensive! Ugh!
