Looking for advice / parking pass
First I just wanted to say thanks for looking at the thread, I'm a new hockey fan from Texas. I'm going to be visiting LA over Christmas break with my girlfriend. Her family are all Kings fans so I am getting us tickets to see the Kings vs Sharks on the 19th.
I was going to look for tickets on here but since there will be 6 of us that looked like it would be a hard order to fill.
I picked up some tickets off another website, and now I am wondering if I should buy a parking pass.
I have never been to LA before and have no idea what parking is like at the Staples Center. Is it worth spending 20$ to get a parking pass so I can park near the center, or will there be other places to park and walk to the center?

Completely agree with SirJW since it's a one time thing. Since its your first time in L.A, it would be best not to park blocks away from Staples Center just to save 10-15 bucks. You'll get a better experience out of it with a closer parking pass to Staples Center.

Good advice given above. One thing I didn't see mentioned was that whatever you do, DO NOT clap along to the awful intro song they play before the game.
