AT this rate there is no way I will renew next year. Management doesn't seem to think things are as bad as they are. The team is a disastser the game production is weak and even the mascots are far below previous years.

He still hasn't given Erickson a chance? Has he done anything to try and shake things up?

This posts takes me back to the chants of "Karl must go" during the playoffs a few seasons back. (Although it became a case of be careful what you wish for, because we had the worst Royals season ever the year after he left.).
