I found this beer to be quite enjoyable. the spice wasn't heavy in this one.

    it's a pricey one, however.

Really loved this Imperial Stout from Evil Twin. Have tried several of their stouts, and they are rapidly becoming one of my favorites.
    Wasn't thinking of anything specific
Like in a dream, when someone wakes up and screams
    Nothing too very scientific
Just thinking of a series of dreams

I'm a big fan of Pale Ale's. This one was extremely enjoyable. Seek it out.

So, first post back, I'll let you all know that I may be able to offer some even better input here now that I'm part of the beer industry.

Yep, Nov. 2014 I literally unplugged my computer and phone and quit telecom for good. Left it to join a small brewery and I am now working at Central Coast Brewing in SLO. So if any of you decide to come up to SLO, be sure to hit me up so that I can get you some recommendations.

And given that this is a recommend a beer forum - let me recommend Monterey St. Pale Ale from Central Coast Brewing. We took down a Silver in the American Pale Ale category at GABF this year (which I was fortunate enough to attend). That is on the heels of us taking the Gold in that same category last year with the same beer. Very hard to medal in with the same beer in consecutive years.

PS - sorry for such a large image. I need to brush up on how to size things for this forum.

Seriously this is a good pale ale. Wench and I finally got a chance to visit the brewery. Unfortunately, Stormy had other priorities today so we never got to meet.

I gotta tell you, I sampled KRBC's Citracito at their pub over the weekend and found it to be thoroughly enjoyable. it is a milder version of their award winning Citra DIPA and smoother too. too bad they won't fill the growler with it. I'm going to pester them to bottle the Citracito because it is damn good.

For those that enjoy the haze...this was pretty close to Spaceship Earth (see above). Comes in 4-pack cans.
