    Mattern's in El Modena (East Orange, near Chapman/Hewes) has some great authentic old school hot dogs and sausages. Mom used to pick them up on the way home from work, steam them up and the spices were just right.

    Not sure if it's just being in Hawaii or not but I always get a Puka Dog when I'm in Kauai, love the Lilikoi mustard.
