Both good quality shots. I've always liked the way the beams of sunlight look in HDR when it's done well. Good job!!

Here are a couple I grabbed while at Hermosa Beach this weekend for the festival thing. I gotta try to find a subject without clouds, I'm feeling cliche.

OK, I decided to get serious about lighting and picked up a few Vivitar flashes and some pocket wizards. Coming next day air from B&H. Not sure if I can impliment them in time for Saturday's Derby Dolls bout but by next month I should have a multi-flash setup if all goes well. Also, it should help the rest of my photography as well to have multiple lights available.

I just have to get over this buyers's remorse first.

Well, the Vivitars are cheap enough that there shouldn't really be any remorse over those, they are a great deal (how many did you get?) and Pocket Wizards, you are safe knowing they are second to none, don't depreciate much, built like tanks. There is a reason that they are industry standards. I envy your PWs (I have crappy knock offs which are nothing but a headache)

And now you have the PWs, you can sneak it into Staples and mess with their photogs by popping their flashes

RR, which PW did you get? Linky?

Also, I have to post a few photos for you guys later today. I think my 135mm lens might need its first cleaning. I'm starting to see small dirt spots. You'll see later on.
