Anyone ever try roasting a whole head of cauliflower? Came across this recipe and it looks very intriguing:
Ive roasted Cauliflower but never the whole head....its really good. Toss in spices and olive oil before grilling, then toss again before serving....surprisingly tasty.

This is like Carp on a plank. Lots of salt & pepper, evoo, lemon zest, bake at 350 for 30 mins. Throw away the Carp and eat the plank
Yeah I've tried and tried again but I just don't dig cauliflower. I rather eat the ass out of a squirrel.
