Lakers win again, this time without Russell. New Orleans didn't play Boogie or Davis, so not a surprise victory. MWP started and had 18 points in what will almost certainly be his last home game as a Laker.

Phoenix got destroyed so the victory didn't cost us anything at this point. Lakers have one game left and there's no harm in rooting for them now as the 3rd seed in the lottery is guaranteed.

Lakers have a 46.9% chance of retaining their pick. If they don't, they'll have the 28th and 33rd picks in the draft. If they get a top-3 pick, the 33rd pick goes to Orlando.

NBA Draft Lottery is tonight at 5 p.m on ESPN. Lakers with about a 47% chance of being in the top 3 and getting to keep their pick.

If it's anything like the NHL Draft Lottery, we're f***ed.

Yeah, they're going for Lonzo. Move Russell to the 2 or trade him.

For those of you keeping score:

2017: Lakers have the #2 and #28 picks in the draft. No second round pick.

2018: Both the Lakers' first and second round picks traded away, but will have Denver's second round pick.

2019: Lakers have their first round pick. Their second round pick is traded away, but will have Chicago's second round pick.

So that Steve Nash trade that effed us good. Will that ever go to Philly now? I mean, it doesn't "expire" right? Whenever we pick out of the Top 3, I assume it still goes to them eventually?
