    Default 2017-2018 Season ticket invoice

I was browsing in the Kings site and noticed they had my NEXT years tickets up.

First off, we get THREE pre-season games now (44 total games). Full price. Joy in that.
My price for 200s went from $6600 to $7000 for the year.

This just make ou decision to drop our season seats and go the secondary market route next year. We love watching this team play live, but we just cant justify paying that kind of money. Based on the teams trajectory secondary market should be dirt cheap.

Yep, it's already getting there depending on where you want to sit. I rarely pay over $20/ticket granted I don't go to a lot of games as we don't live close by...and I'm generally not picking higher ticket games like Ana, Wash, Pitt, etc.

They put pressure on season ticket holders by tempting them with early bird prices that expire before the Kings get eliminated from the playoff race, tricky little devils!

This is why after having my seats for 7 years I had to give them up after the end of last season. The price hikes had just become too much and I couldn't justify that much money every year. Luckily I was able to transfer my tickets to my buddy who was the secondary on my account and keep the seniority. So there was a small win for him in it, but he's young and single, he's got money to burn!

We usually get 3 preseason home games. It's just that one of them has been Frozen Fury.

And the Staples preseason games have always been full price.

Price hikes for mediocre on ice product.
Secondary market is where the smart money is at.

I guess the organization still thinks there are suckers willing to continue to pay higher season ticket prices, despite a team with no success.

    7000 / 44 = 159 / 2 = ~ $80 per seat, is that about right? Presuming taxes are included?

Season seats have been too expensive for us since around 1978 (?) or so.
