Well, it was basically a perfect night tankathon-wise. Kings lose, Dallas wins, Buffalo wins. Too bad the Buffalo - Detroit game didn't go to overtime, but good enough for night 1.

Crazy, year, we have teams like Columbus, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa, Boston all looking to make the playoffs this year. These are teams that had top picks last year because they didn't make the playoffs. And some of these teams haven't made the playoffs in YEARS, even decades. What happened in 2017 that crap turned into gold for a lot of teams, all at the same time. Also to add to the oddity, Detroit will not make the playoffs this year, first time in 25 years. Record
