Default Kings on top 100 NHLers under age 25

Well there aren't any.... but it's an interesting list. Says a lot about where we are as an org. right now (in case Vegas deciding that McNabb was our 9th best player wasn't enough of a tip-off).

Not only none in the top 100, not even an honorable mention.

Blake and Co. have a lot of building to do.

Throw in Dom's season projection, and shades are not necessary.

Yeah, well, I got 18 to 1 odds that the Kings will win the cup.

Does anyone have an explanation of the formulas they are using to come up with GSAR/60 and the "value added" portion of GSVA(besides from the Athletic which I'm not going to subscribe to)? I can't find anything about GSAR from a Google search. I'm quite dubious about how they come up with their formula and the resulting "replacement level" and from what I recall GS is a very weak metric. GSAR/60 sounds like something similar to fWAR in baseball but hockey is not nearly on the same level as baseball when it comes to the relevancy of advanced metrics due to the nature of the respective games. Also, was their top 100 based on GSAR/60 & GSVA or rounded out with other criteria? I'm coming at this with an open mind so school me please, but at this point I don't see any reason to rely on these two particular metrics.

If you don't follow Dom or game score it's beyond simple explanation.
You are correct that no single opinion or statistic is sufficient for any conclusion.
