Not terrible to take the chance in OT.

    Fun 3rd no doubt!
Yeah, originally I blamed Kopi but once I saw the replay I changed my opinion. Was a poor area to try that pass and a good play by Nashville to break it up. At the end Of the day, gotta be somewhat happy to get the one point.

I think swapping left wings might be more effective:

    70-11-23
    19-9-73

Kopitar & Toffoli didn't work last year. Don't expect it will this year either. Toffoli needs a more aggressive center than Kopitar.

You could be right. It will be interesting to see if the new system changes that dynamic. It feels like Kopitar is being more aggressive offensively than last year. Is that enough to really activate Tiffoli is a good question.

Excellent point. But like GimpyHip said, this is a somewhat different Kopitar than before. So I'll give that line a benefit of a doubt. But I do agree with ya that Iafallo might be better with Kempe.

Hell, when Gaborik comes back.. I'd love to see him on a line with Kempe.

I didn't see the game, but by seeing that the Kings were down by 3 and came back to tie it, to me that says one hell of a lot about the team this year. These guys don't like losing and they prefer having fun and winning. Stevens is doing a great job with a team that had more or less given up on a worn out system. Go Kings and go Stevens.
