It would be soooooooo f'n' cool if Moose Jaw ever gets to face Kingston in a PO series.

    Clague vs Vilardi

Love 2 see that, for sure.

    Meanwhile ...
Jaret Anderson-Dolan had no points, 1 shot, and was +/-0 in Ontario's 5-1 loss to Bakersfield
in their final AHL regular season game before the POs begin, in a few days.

Doesn't sound like JAD's playing all that much.
But he definitely isn't embarassing himself at all at this point.

It wouldn't be a 7 game series, but Moose Jaw and Kingston could still play each other in the Memorial Cup. Moose Jaw needs to win the WHL championship, and Kingston needs to win the OHL championship. But they would play at least 1 game head to head in that regard.

Default Clague's Moose Jaw team is eliminated in shut-out

Kale Clague had no points with 1 shot and was -1 in Moose Jaws' series-ending 6-0 loss to Swift Current, monday.

Many of Clague's teammates were -2 or -3, so Clague apparently fared a bit better than most players on his team.
His Junior career is over now, so he is free to come to LA/Ontario, although I would expect it unlikely he will play
any games with Ontario. Also the possibility he would play against Vilardi goes out the window now.

Ontario's next games are PO games, scheduled for thursday and friday.

Hopefully, at least JAD could see some ice time then, although he may not.
    We'll have to see.

Gabriel Vilardi's team, Kingston, starts their PO series against the mighty Hamilton Bulldogs on wednesday.

    Good luck, Gabriel and Kingston!!

If he does they should give him the GM job. Just think the first player/GM in the history of the NHL!

At this point, Paul Newman's player/coach/GM may be just what they need!!! We already saw Marchessault and Haula go full Hansen Brothers!

Well the Ducks kinda tried the Hansen thing last night and got their ass kicked...then again they don't have Newman playing for them. A long deceased Newman, even playing defense, would be better than Beauchemin at this point (was he on the ice for EVERY SJ goal last night?).

He would be a better captain than Getzlaf too, who rather than try to comeback waved the white flag and watched the last part of the game with his feet propped up in the dressing room.

Vilardi had no points and was -3 with 1 shot in Kingston's 6-2 loss to Hamilton
in the opening game of their PO series, wednesday.

    Next game is friday.

Hope GV and his Frontenacs can get it going in the next contest!

And he only won like 4 out of 21 in the faceoff circle.

Brutal game for him. Don't see very many of these.
