    So now the government is involved in copyright infringement? Get lost west point parachute team that nobody ever heard of. They should be happy their name is even remotely associated in relevance. Now if Golden Knights starts having intermission parachute jumps I'd be on board.

    I just want the Vegas Golden Knights to lose because damn it hardly any NHL can beat them. Also I bought a butt load of VGK items and can make a pretty penny down the road. They'll be forced to rename to the Vegas Magenta Knights and their new mascot will be the T-Mobile CEO.

    If there can be two pro sports teams in the same state called the "Kings," both with crowns in their logo, how does anyone have grounds to claim copyright infringement when it comes to team names? Heck, the are over 70 teams using some version of the name "Eagles"
