    Yuppers.

Considering all possible playoff permutations, this isn't far from being optimum. All I know is I DID NOT want to face the Sharks or Ducks...especially the Ducks.

As you wrote, let them beat the hell out of each other. Then I will take our chances with whomever advances.

Hmmm, some cautious optimism and reserved confidence. Interesting, I have idea for that whole if the Knights get hot and score some goals quickly on the Kings. William H. Macy*.
He works in Los Angeles, comp him some tickets and see what happens.

So much depends on Muzzin (and Iafallo too). Though he's had a fine year, we can do fine without Forbort. But we don't have a lot of depth in either offense or defense... we need those two playing on all cylinders. If they are gone or weak we lose. If healthy then Kings in 6.

A little part of me hates you for making me "like" this post.

Vegas has a good team but I don't think they are built to win a 7 game series.

Kings will split 1-1 in Vegas
Kings will split 1-1 in LA
Kings will win 5 in Vegas and 6 back home in LA.

The Cooler. I love this movie; nobody knows it, and it's awesome. I love William H. Macy. Not as much as Maria Bello.

Kings in six, though Muzzin's health could play a key role. The Kings have the better players (Kopi, Doughty, even Quick compared with Fleury), but Vegas has better 1-4 line depth, and the Knights have a distinct advantage over the Kings 3-4 lines. THe games are going to be close, and be prepared for some OT.

Knights have the better coach. Don’t discount that.

Funny thing is, the Knights were “O for” on the PP against the Kings this year and he Kings went 25% a man up.

If that trend continues it will bode real well for the Kings (yet I don’t expect it to be that one sided).
