Another game where we only scored one goal. That makes two thus far, out of five games.

To be fair, Cody Ceci was out injured. We could have been shut out if the Sens weren't shorthanded with injuries.

JJ but it is very disheartening to see NHL scoring go up and the Kings are still stuck in neutral.

About time to start referring to the power play as something other than a "work in progress."

I hereby suggest "Brownout"... (been calling it that the last couple of years at least)

Almost no PP time for Kempe. I don't understand because he looked good out there.

Congratulations to the following posters who correctly guessed the senators shot totals within +/-3 at totals of 25-19.

What a total **** burger of a game. Hopefully they take that embarrassed feeling and motivate themselves against a challenging Toronto environment

I was at this game and was bored out of my mind. Easily the worst Kings game I've ever attended. They look lost out there. I'm not one of these people constantly screaming the team sucks or the coach should be fired, but here's what I saw:

Strong effort by some to get it going: Kopitar, Doughty Lewis stood out (keep in mind I 'm saying effort AK and DD accomplished little to nothing), some who didn't seem to be in the game: Carter and I do think it's fair to say Campbell, but don't want to pile on him too much. Then I saw one player who looked lost and lost the puck with no one around him at least three times and that was Kovalchuck.

Overall what I saw was a team that didn't seem to have any system at all. People hate Stevens' system, I can't even see it some nights. They looked lost. The Kings have had days off in Ottawa before or at least on the Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa trip - but what in the world made anyone think they deserved a day off now? I don't get it.

Some of you think this team is too old and too slow and you may be right. But if Blake thinks this team has a legit shot then he has to look at it now and say, I think I've created a team that can score and win and they're winning a few but they're definitely not scoring. So without hating on Stevens, to me it's the only option. you let him go, you hire an offensive minded coach and if that doesn't work, you admit you have the wrong roster and start the rebuild.

Then after watching them play two home games in person, I just suddenly felt like they should be good again, when in reality they're really not. That's why I can't believe I picked them to beat Winnipeg. Very stupid of me.

They shocked me when they beat Montreal. I had them losing every game on the trip. They did one better so that is a plus, not for my prediction but for the Kings organization.
