Plus the year or two there where Derek Armstrong was literally our top center! Not to delude your point, just to reminisce

not sure where the hype came from? Roman was a 7th round draft pick. (172nd overall)

When names like Richards, Bergeron, gets thrown around one can only hope.

    Still love the pick.

..and for those who haven't given up on fried chicken and live in the South Bay you should try Louisiana Fried Chicken. Too bad it's closed on Sundays.

I haven't eaten there in a while but it used to be great just like the Kings were...

Fried chicken is one of the most important food groups.

American menus are way too complex. I could stare at that for 1 hour and still not know what to order. So many extras, and specifications... Just make the damn dish the way YOU think is good and that's it.

Au contraire, that is a perfect American menu that completely takes into account Americans propensity to want total choice without confusion.

The far left is the "quick" order section where a complete meal for an individual can be found (including soda!).

The middle section is where you get a better deal by buying in bulk and can feed between 2 and 25 people (also including "some" soda).

The right side section is the a la carte section where someone not quite so hungry can order a few small bites, or someone starving can add to their already enormous orders from the left, and of course, dessert.

Also, any doubt about substitutions and their prices are taken into account in this case because in the U.S. chicken breasts are generally considered the best of the chicken and would by nature be the most requested substitute on this menu.

Finally, note that there is a whole other side to this menu with some selections visible such as Tilapia, Red Snapper, and Catfish so this is probably a "combination" restaurant where two major food types co-exist on and in the same menu and restaurant, more choices!!

We look forward to your visit to 'Merica and the enjoyment you will get from our delightful food choices.

Bon Appetit! (not to be confused with Mitchrock's apetit)
