    Sorry, no pics.
my recipe, not an exact science.

-Fried 2 beaten eggs and cut into a chiffonade then cut the strips so they were about 2" long. Set aside.

-Cut up bacon into 1" pieces and fried them on medium heat so I wouldn't get any burning. Removed crispy pieces to drain. (I like Farmer John's Thick Cut Bacon)

-Added a Fried Rice seasoning packet (dry) you should be able to find them in most Asian sections of the market into a bit of Soy Sauce, how much soy sauce depends on you and the amount of rice you have. I like Noh brand for the seasoning package.

-Removed pan from heat and poured out 2/3 of the fat.

-Poured the seasoned soy mix into the pan of bacon fat and stirred so it wouldn't burn or clump up.

-Add the bacon and eggs to the pan, but back on med/med-high heat.

-I had about 2 cups (dry measurement) of cooked rice which I then added to the pan.

-Mix until rice is fully covered with the sauce but don't let the soy sauce/fat burn.

    -EAT!!!

*you can add whatever veggies you like if you so desire.

Default Beef Roast with Mushroom Merlot Sauce

Sloppydog told me about this thread and I vowed once I made something worthy I would post.

Basically took a cheap ass rump roast on sale from Stater Bros. Dry Rubbed it, Cooked it at 500 degrees for 30 minutes(actually flipped it @ the 15 minute mark to sear both sides), and lowered the temp to 275 for one hour as it was a 3 lb roast. Let it sit for 10 minutes, removed the roast and made the gravy right in the pan using Merlot, Worcestershire, and mushrooms.

    Another great halibut recipe is...

Do a light breading, flash fry and then finish in the oven. And then top it with a crab creme cheese mixture. You can can even broil the mixture if you want to go the extra mile. Very similar to a Rockefeller style.

look up recipes for chicken katsu, a japanese fried chicken cutlet. So easy to make, you just have to know how to fry. Dip in ranch and BBQ sauce. lol.

Classier than just buying frozen chicken strips...though I have a soft spot for the tyson ones. heh.
