And here's my addition:
Though the original pairing of Earl Grey Tea and Gin was a thought I had without influence today, I find from a little post-imbibing internet research that it's not a particularly original thought. However, I cannot find mention of any other cocktail with gin and Earl Grey Tea that includes the St. Germain elderflower liqueur, which in our opinion here, heightens the flavor of both the bergamot in the tea and the juniper berries in the gin. Look at us talkin' like high-falutin' booze-snobs!!! HAH!!!
How to make the Earl of Mumbai cocktail:
2 shots Bombay sapphire
2.5 shots chilled strong earl grey tea
2 tbsp sugar or simple syrup
Splash of St Germain
Splash of lemon juice
Over ice, shake the piss out of it, strain into sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with a lemon rind.
An egg white added to the mix would make for a very frothy beverage as well!!!
Anything worth shooting is worth shooting twice. Bullets are cheap. Life is priceless.

Still, concrete breaks in German!
If my German Class memory serves me right, Einstürzende Neubauten, means collapsing buddings.
And Teh Melvins have something to say!

I've been trying to perfect a Gordon's Cup this summer and have gotten pretty good results. It's basically
Gin (I've tried Sapphire, Junipero, and Bloom so far)
Fresh lime juice
Cucumber (i've been using the lemon cucumbers from the garden)
Muddle the cucumber with the lime juice and lime wedge
Add ice, syrup, and gin
Pour into a glass and sprinkle fresh cracked pepper over the top
Perfect cool off for a hot summer day and a way to use the cucumbers from the garden.

I had requests to make these two all the time at my last job..promise they're absolutely delicious
chili rim on the glass
this tastes like Mexico in the best way possible. Chili on the rim with the mango is da bomb
guignolet (cherry liqueur..stay away from DeKuyper, it's too sugary)
cucumber cuts through the sweet..a good combo of sweet/bitter and it's got vodka and tequila in it so it's always a good time

What are the ratios on that first one? I must know!

Depends on how strong/spicy you want it..usually .5 mango puree for every 1.5 of tequila. If you mix in a little mango/orange juice or jalepeno vodka..it KILLS

My drink of choice
5 parts Hendrick's Gin
1 part Martini Vermouth
Dirty Sue (olive juice)
1 or 3 olives
Shake it with some ice then strain. Sheer bliss
