this is what worked for me, I live in OC and use the Fox sports go App on my Roku, internet provider is spectrum and I used the app last year on my mobile device just fine:
1. log in to FXSG app on my mobile device first, make sure the game is listed in the app for viewing
2. open the Roku Streaming FXSG app and login if needed, the game should show there as well
If I didn't do these steps in that order it would only show San Diego information for some reason, it took me a few tries, log-out/In multiple times to get it to work the first time.

Because of issues with my cable company and my unique location (bottom of a canyon at the top of the biggest mountain in LA with only one cable provider), I was forced to seek alternative methods to watch sports, and someone recommended Bila to me. I watched the entire Dodgers playoffs and all of the Rams/NFL season without a glitch. I downloaded an ad blocker as recommended and the streams are crystal clear HD with no popups.
Back in the day, I was using one of those streams originating from Moldova, bouncing from the Ukraine to Atlanta to Harrisburg to God-knows-where...and of course I got a virus...and had to tolerate porn ads and Russian bride pop-ups constantly. But Chris Bila has been fantastic.
Highly recommended if you have no other options (or don't want to spent $1,000.00 a year).

Oh just an update, I ditched NHL TV because I couldn't stand all those silly replacement commercials during the breaks and beacuse I could only 2 games at a time not 4 like it used to be. Still have the VPN (since its so cheap and there are other uses for it) and I'm using "those" sites for free saving my self the 99 duccats. Also my buddy let me use his U-verse account for FSW and FSWPT thru Fox Sports Go which he never watches/uses.

My only problem with this site is that it requires a credit card. It promises not to charge it, but because the legality of the site is a gray area, I didn’t want to continue. Did you guys enter a card, and did you have any issues, if you did?
... Or, is it just the “predictions and preview” part that wants a card?

Bila never charged me a dime. He politely asks to 'donate a cup of coffee' which works out to be five bucks a month... but I've been reluctant to enter my credit card number. I've had, um, issues in the past.
Anyway I've been using Bilasport since baseball began their abbreviated season, and all the way through the entire NFL season, and the first three games of the NHL with no issues whatsoever. The fact is the quality of his streams beats streaming services I've paid for in the past including Time-freaking-Warner or Spectrum or whatever they call themselves today.
I was a Dish customer for 15 years but I just dumped Dish and switched over to Spectrum with their Silver package. Tonight I will be able to see Kings games again for first time since 2018. Best thing is now I pay $50 a month less than I paid for Dish since I already used Spectrum for internet and phone. I got an introductory TV rate for 1 year but when that ends it will increase only $20 a month.

Tried to answer your PM last night, but I had some trouble with the function...appears it didn't go through. Anyway, love the avatar, obviously. Greatest rock album ever...Rog wrote 75% of the music and all the lyrics. Hard to believe there were only three LP's in between your avatar and mine (Animals, The Wall and The Final Cut). My stepbrother was a stuntman and friends with the burning man in the photo (Ronnie Rondel Jr). Kings fans have good taste in music!
