Right now, yes. It's stupid that they didn't put the instruments out individually at release. But I didn't buy the game, someone bought it for me. I figured the Guitar Hero 3 controller would work with it, but of course not. That'd be too easy.

On ebay they have idividual instruments for sale, but the guitars and drums are going for high prices, so I guess I'll just wait.

The singing is HARD. Damn thing couldn't fail me fast enough. If you want to give a shot at it my band "Satan's Taint" could use a singer.

Not sure if the online chat works on the PS3 version of Rock Band, though. So that might make it a little tougher than it should be.
