My fiance recently got a job at Childrens Hospital LA in Hollywood and we just started looking into apartments in the area.
Having no luck at all finding something close by that feels safe and clean? Even the "luxury apartments" in and around the area have so many negative reviews online about bugs, crime, homeless, etc.
I can appreciate that nothing nearby is going to be perfect, the area is what it is. But hoping there might be some Hollywood/Koreatown/Downtown locals on here that might have some recommendations of certain areas or even specific buildings that might be worth looking into? Any and all advice is much appreciated, thanks!
