I have never been this close to KOTM before!! Finally I am not relegated to the lower half of the standings. (I've started off well before, though, and then waned - but I've never been just 1 point out of the top spot - pretty exciting!)

Hello Kings fans!

I used to post here under a similar screen name, but was banned a couple years ago. I decided to try post here again after sitting next to Susan during that debacle Wednesday night. I had no idea she sat in my favorite row and section, but I recognized her immediately.

So I asked her if I could post here again, but she said that was not her decision. My screen name is still banned, so I don't expect to be here long. I've been posting on the LA Kings Insider threads on game day (same name "Reg or Rog?"). For the record, I had a dust-up with someone named "Where's the Party?" and my reply to his BS name-calling got me banned.

Whatever.

Anyway, after I met Susan, who is a very nice lady, I thought I'd pop in here again.

I took a friend that had never been to a hockey game and I did not pick a good one. But being that Gabe is still my favorite hockey player, it was kinda cool seeing him light it up. I still don't get the trade and have to assume there was some kind of personality conflict between him and coach Todd. What a shame though; we lost a very good player. That no-look backhand goal was amazing!

I didn't like what we gave up for PLD, but what do I know? It just seems like we gave up WAY too much for one player, who quite frankly, has not impressed me all that much.

Hopefully we get back on track tonight. And I better stay away from The Crypt for a while. The Kings have lost all three games I've attended this season, and overall I have seen six consecutive losses the past two years.

Ouch.

For someone that was at the Miracle on Manchester, The Frenzy on Figueroa and The Royal Rebound I usually have better luck than that.
