All I’m holding out hope for is that he does eventually becomes a PPG player. As I’ve stated before, I think he probably will turn the corner around the 400 games played mark, similar to Adrian Kempe’s progression into a consistent production player. That said, we will be paying full price for him by that point, and our previous elite players will have all but diminished or retired altogether, so he won’t be bringing any extra value to the table, in that respect. He’s already getting paid more than Juice, which is quite ridiculous in my opinion, and given that, I presume he will be asking for well above the market price for a PPG scorer when that day actually comes.
