Received a new LA Kings hat for X-mas that was purchased at Cypto.com LA Team Store on Dec 23. Love this hat but it has some permanent button on it that can't be removed. Wrote the LA Team Store to ask if I could drive down there to exchange (not exactly down the street). They said I can't make an exchange without a receipt. I understand not being able to return it...but a simple exchange. It still has the tags/stickers on it and has never been worn.

Seriously hate that store. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them.

I gotta ask since without context it sure sounds like you're trying to exchange shoplifted goods for non shoplifted goods?

Xmas gift. No receipt. Don’t think my 76 year old mother shoplifted it.
