Pretty cheap. Questions 1 and 2 were basically the same.

The more important question is: will any of the overpaid veterans actually produce? (but maybe that's too obvious)

Heh. According to the article, he was on the top line and scoring 30 goals in 2017. Oh honey, we were allllll on the top line scoring 30 goals in 2017. *eye roll*

Agreed. And question #1 (playoffs) probably relies on much more than just Arvidsson and Danault. I'm curious to see what Dom's model predicts. The JFresh model thinks the Kings will be out of the playoffs again and battling SJ for 6th/7th position. Most Vegas points over/under have Kings in mid-80s and out of playoffs too.

We need Byfield or Kaliyev or Clarke to play well above their predicted WAR.
 
Arvidsson is good for 10 goals this season. If he nets 12 then it’s a bonus.

Ice - 10 goals? Oof. Is it due to injury or something else? Either way, if Brown gets moved off the top line Kopitar will let him "shoot his shot" as they say. So if he's a self-starter and has job integrity...he might rasie and eyebrow or two from this board. And he's slotted to play on team Sweden, so I can see at least for the first half of the season-- effort. Even if they throw him on a line with Phil and (gawd help me) Adrian...12 by the olympic break seems like the low-end of an attainable goal. If he falls off the face of earth after that, no surprise here.


But it's the off-season and I'm in a good mood so...not going to press you. :)
