Given the somewhat minor degree of importance of this story, I'm posting it in an old thread rather than start a new one.

The new Seattle franchise will offer subsidized transportation for ticket holders. This should help with traffic and parking issues in an area of town that can be a nightmare.

I like that arena name. Another good name would be the Payalivingwage Arena.

I'm OK with Thunderbirds cuz it's a traditional name for Seattle hockey like the Gulls in San Diego or the Aeros in Houston. But I would prefer Karkkens.
