I'd rather have Englund than Burroughs. Burroughs is just useless even for a 7th/8th D-man. At least Englund had some value.

Same, he’s way more intimidating than Burroughs, so you can easily dress him with an 11/7 config, and send him out for spot duty if an opposing player needs to be regulated.
