The guy was a bit of a blowhard, but he certainly knew his hockey, and was strongly opinionated on a wide variety of topics. Haven't seen him around for a while...

No, don't know him, or even remember his screen name...but he was a funny guy...always the Smartest Guy in the Room and was Never Wrong.

He didn't post on any of the GDT's, but he seemed to be involved in every other topic. And he knew his hockey, no doubt about it. We had a few amusing dust-ups...but I just can't remember his name. But I remember that avatar. Victor Buono had a hard face to forget. When I was a wee lad I saw a Dean Martin 'Matt Helm' movie (The Silencers) and Buono was the bad guy and he gave me nightmares.

Anyway, I miss his know-it-all posts.
