Oiler fan from Edmonton here. The Kings outplayed the Oilers all the way up until they didn’t, game 4 third period. Better passing, forechecking, defense and goaltending by a long shot. I thought the series was over. All the Kings have to do is play their game, no prevent defense with a lead. McDavid and Draisaitl are going to get theirs but so are Fiala and Kempe. I was really impressed by the play of the Kings. Next year I can see a much longer playoff run with the same team, they need to ignore the past and just play the game.
