If this is the best the Kings got against this group this just makes me more confident. All goals were terrible by the goalie and two were on the PP (one as it expired). Even a bad goalie might only let in one of those. Our power play isn’t going to be like this with 97 and 29 on it. If they want to play like this in Game 1 they can be my guest.

I’m normally never a person to ever raise this - but in this specific circumstance the Kings running their top PP unit the whole period is embarrassing for them. I have no idea what exactly they’re trying to prove, but it’s pathetic. I’d actually get it if this was a game with two full lineups that meant something, but this? In this game? It’s ridiculous.
Kings bringing their top game and trying hard and have to rely on Josh brown being on the ice to score. Kind of embarrassing for them tbh.

It won't look well in review. Several angles showing that Nurse locks Byfields head in headlock in first take down, looked like an attempted head slam, then for good measure whacks his head into the ice after whistle. The whole sequence, don't look good, its on Nurse, and he has priors. I can see two games for this. This is just Darnell Nurse being dumb. Club is full of injuries, were short D, and he does this in a meaningless game. He lost his cool.
