Juice draws a fracas for pushing a Flames player into Markstrom. Then there are offsetting penalties. Play remains 5-on-5. Well, there's entertainment here in this game. Forgive me for posting like a bad PbP guy but that's the assessment I'm making here.
 
The Flames are another really bad matchup for this Kings team. They just refuse to allow the Kings any shots from the dangerous part of the ice. Everything the Kings are doing with 5 on 5 offense is on the outside.
 
There's another fracas after that Kopi attempt on net. Likely more penalties for both teams again.

Then again, maybe not, as there are no calls this time.
 
1st period ends. Well, things got real feisty in that period. LA currently holds the lead with a single goal but Calgary doesn't seem to be backing off. Keep playing serious hockey, Kings, and don't ease off in the next 40 minutes.

After that shift where he fell twice when he was on the bench in the Kings equipment guys were working on his skates
