?Tis the season. Well, ?tisn?t really close to the holiday season yet (unless you judge by retail stores that have conveniently gone from Halloween to Christmas), but this year Los Angeles can look forward to Krampusfest 2014!

Brought together by Krampus Los Angeles, the official Krampusfest 2014 website delivers all the information you need to get the most out of your holiday season. Amongst the festivities that Krampusfest 2014, now in its second year, will be hosting in LA between November 29 and December 13 are a Krampus Ball, Krampus Parade, and traditional Alpine Krampus play.

Although he?s been making a huge push recently, some still haven?t heard of Krampus. For those not in the know, Krampus is a traditional creature from the folklore of Alpine countries who legend says punishes bad children during Christmas. According to the tales, Krampus captures the really naughty bastards in his sack and carries them away to his lair. Doesn?t sound like a great way to spend your Christmas season.
