I was on the bus on Ventura when this bizarre "chase" passed us by going the other way.....the most "LA" car chase ever. The people getting on the bus couldn't figure out why the cops weren't just getting out of their cars and stopping this guy.

Oh, and the other side of the car was even more nicely decorated

Of course the guy that stopped the chase was arrested.

He made the police look like utterly incompetent.

because he jumped in front of a car that was in a chase with the police, that made the cops utterly incompetent? The charges will most likely be dropped.

25 years ago the chase would not have lasted long but things are different now and the police have to protect these criminals and take all of the precautions to ensure the criminal's safety.
Just look at losers walking toward the incident on the street, this is our society now. How many times during these chases do we see people coming out of there homes and cheering on these criminals while they drive by putting peoples lives in danger. In fact you can't even take a prisoner out on the cat walk anymore and that's a shame.
