Look, and I say this as a reasonable person....every GM has made horrible decisions and outcomes.
I know most are up in arms with the Las Vegas Knights. But every team who is over the cap and cheating are now in the playoffs. They want to win now!!
They will eventually have a down side. Teams like SJ and LAK..ect
are still paying contracts to players who are no longer playing. Teams like TO and EDM,
I think some of those players may want to go to other places (teams).
I believe it will be an interesting off season as far as player movement.

I hope everyone is paying attention to the other playoff games. The two best defensive teams in the West have been absolutely crushed by high powered offenses. The game has changed. You don’t win with defense. You win with offense.
